Tools menu

The tools menu contains following command:

Settings
Aux tools currently reorders notices.
Manage groups
Reload map coordinates from resources\excel\PaikatExcel.xls. Contains coordinates of finnish places.
Reload notice types from resources\excel\TypesExcel.xls
Stop PostgreSQL and Start PostgreSQL. These commands work on one of the PostgreSQL distributions only. Same actions can be done from commands provided by PostgreSQL server.
